DAY 19 HIIT IT HARDER CHALLENGE - 40 Minute Workout to target the Full Body! Expect a pumping heart rate with some fun cardio to make you feel beautiful and strong! Also, get your towel ready - it's going to be a sweaty one today team. Let's do it!

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

I must admit that although I don t like circuits and exercises that are repeated, the last few workouts have been very heavy and tough!!! 😅😅💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻😍 for new members and those who approach this type of training for the first time, read in the info box, Anna gives all the explanations and instructions!!! 😍

At 6am that was soooo tough! Anyone else reckon that was the hardest day so far of this March challenge? I just about crawled my way to the end then Anna chucks in a burpee tuck jump to finish! 😓

MY GODDESS Another one dam that was tough. Dripping and wiped after 70%. Those side crunches are so killer but I finally got balance and form today. Thanks for another much needed workout :) x
