My deepest of gratitude to this channel. I have missed maybe 2 days in the last month and half. This is has been a life hack. I do breathwork right before work and nothing can touch me. Forever thankful 🙏🏾

I used to be riddled with anxiety, chronic stress, and pretty much ran in fight or flight mode all the time, all made worse with ADHD. I tried so many meditations that were recommended to me and I could never silence the noise in my head and create some space until I was introduced to breathwork. Having something to actively do and focus on rather than just listening to words (that would come across as patronising in my reactive mind) helped ease my ADHD brain into a meditative state for the first time in my life 6 months ago at nearly 40.

I slowly got hooked and it's changing my life for the better. I only wish I'd fully immersed myself into this world sooner, before I'd pushed my wife to the point of separation. She still stands by my side on my journey of self discovery as we Co parent our children and run a business together. Not knowing what our future holds no longer scares me, I'm just happy to carry on breathing in the here and now.

Thank you for your service to humanity, Sandy! ❤

As many i ve been through a tough time the last years!
Meditation is one thing, breathing i really like here, to be remembered not taking things soo seriously....that there is always a reason to smile! Even if its to your inner self.

Thank you, Sandy, that was something completely new, amazing, and calming. On the last round, a smile appeared on my face by itself and it's still not fading away. 🙏

This is so helpful with big feelings, I have anxiety and this is so much help because it makes me think about breathing and not anxiety.😊

Thank you 🙏 I call breathing where we fill the lower lungs (abdomen) first, middle than top lungs, then reversing it on the exhalation "wave breathing". To help people learn to do it correctly I ask them to think of when they're pouring liquid into a glass, the glass fills from the bottom firstm then middle then top. When it's emptied it flows from the top first, then middle & lastly the lower part of the glass. It can help people understand easier 💜🙏

Thank you for this wonderful practice. :) This time I sprayed a little bit of rose water around my sitting area, stepped into the rose mist, sat down and started the practice from there. And the combination of the relaxing breathing and the aroma of the rose made it such a deeply calming and enchanting experience. 🌹
