Just started a one drop dose of mb. Loving it so far! Helps with my Lyme symptoms & has renewed my strength & mental sharpness. Even seems to have boosted testosterone a bit, but can't confirm. Just feel more solid, strong and confident.

Kudos to you Dane, for stepping outside the box. I'm a 30 year pharmacist who operates a hyperbaric oxygen facility. Love MB, HBOT, red light tx, etc. So many safe and effective alternatives to many medicinals once you start looking. Keep up the good work!

When I started using Methylene Blue (about 9 drops per day) I got dizzy and light-headed, but I continued taking it because I was suffering from brain-fog and arthritis. After a week of taking it, my dizziness and light-headedness went away.

I had a severe case of fungus on my leg and nothing was knocking it out. I took MB for a week and it dried right up. I did have a reaction to taking it but it was worth it.

I take 20 mg per day and I’m finally starting to feel better. Chronic fatigue and brain fog and depression. I’m feeling so much. Better. In 2 weeks !!! Ive had no die off issues.

I almost died from sepsis.. a month in hospital and 24/7 Iv antibiotics for 3 months.. 3 surgeries I was at risk of reinfection for a year and the risk goes down as the years go by. I immediately started MB to ward off any infections. I started with 5 drops in a capsule to eventually worked my way up to 15 drops a day. Suffered no ill effects.

I learned to take MB, first thing in the morning and then do not eat or consume anything else for at least three hours afterwards which I guess allows it to circulate through your body and perform its function. thus far, I found this to be a superior protocol, I think I’m really loving methylene blue

I have been using MB for over a year. 5 to 10 drops a day. No negative effects noted.

ive been dosing methylene blue at 5 drops .7mg per drop per day so about 3.5mg daily, for about 4 weeks now. Even at a low dose, I've noticed it has greatly effected my brain fog caused by chronic Lyme disease. My clarity and focus feels like I've returned to baseline after 7 years of feeling cognitively impaired. However I will note there has been a notice in gastrointestinal changes, less consistent BMs and much more flatulence. I only have access to the digestible liquid form from health natura LLC, but I'm going to start taking it sublingual and see if theres any change in the gastro issues. will absorbing MB sublingually prevent any gastro issues l? my thought that if it just goes straight to the bloodstream it shouldnt affect gut biome as much.

My view: We are so far below the dosing they are talking about that I think we can be assured this is not having a long-term negative impact on our gut microbiome.
ALSO I am challenged that this pharmacist is using much higher doses than we are, generally, with few issues.

The blue seems to have been the solution for my long term undiagnosed illness. The first couple of days exacerbated my existing symptoms and then they went away. I’m not on a strict dosing schedule it varies. Average is 15-20 mg/ day I’m about 70kg.

I was doing an infrared sauna and niacin detox for a month (for mercury toxicity from amalgam fillings). I put a drop of methylene Blue on my tongue just prior to the sauna.
After 90 minutes 45 sauna 15 min cooling additional 30 minutes sauna.
The blue of my tongue was almost completely gone and my urine was not green. Something about the protocol was making my body utilize all the methylene Blue quickly.
Either infrared, heat or the niacin.

I started taking MB a week ago, daily, starting with a couple drops and bumping up progressively. Currently at 4-6 drops a day in the morning. Will probably stay there. Already I've noticed a significant reduction in fatigue. But I also take Agarikon, Lions Mane, B-complex, Zinc, D3, and Turkey Tail supplements simultaneously. But it wasn't until i started MB that i noticed a difference.

Feeding gut flora is important. A great way to do that is with freshly picked vegetables & fruits, especially with the skin. Foraging is superior. Organic store bought types are now coated with toxic Apeel &/or Edipeel. They no longer taste the same.
I recently went out if town 2 1/2 weeks, leaving a container of spinach in my fridge. It still looked fresh when i returned. It went on my compost.
Ive also noticed lemons no longer taste right. So glad I got a dozen new trees last year.

Sublingually is definitely the better oral method. I’ve heard IV was the best. The one thing I don’t like about studies, especially regarding the Microbiome is that light affects the Microbiome, and in all of the studies they never control for the lighting in the laboratory. All of the lighting in the laboratory is usually crappy fluorescent lights. Take methylene blue outside under The sun, and it might not be an issue

For anyone searching for DROP NUMBER (1% solution)... a hint from a years longer user of MB that is a high intensity athlete (not me). he takes 20 drops/day for maintenance, for a few weeks, then gives it a rest for some time. for treating sickness or higher needs he goes up to 80 drops/day max. he did not have any sideeffects during the years with that and seems to feel great.

Im 67 yrs old i was doing hard physical work, and felt weak, i took mb with creatin got muscle increase, i took mb with two drops of iodine and mucus phlegm went away. I think it is a carrier as it can enter cell wall.
