I came across MB about 1 year ago as I was researching cognitive decline in my husband. I bought it and he has been taking a low dose, 20 drops in 100ml water in a pump spray, twice a day. Just pumps maybe 6/7 times into the mouth. His memory has improved along with his general wellbeing. I also make pro biotics like kefir and reuteri which are phenomenal. He is now a fully engaging man again. MB is amazing 🇬🇧🇬🇧

Thank you very much Dr. I am 55 yok, 76kg. Heavy smoker and heavy drinker. 6 months ago I started 1% pharma grade MB with 40 drops a day. After a few weeks I was on a sailing yacht with my favorite cigar and Best bourbon. Suddenly I realized that I can not drink the damn thing. Anyway returning from the trip, I have asked to myself why am I drinking and smoking. I just stoped right there. Since then my mood was awesome. I can not recomend enough. Love MB

I micro dose this 5 days a week for past year. I found, what no one else mentions, is I can eliminate 90% of the pseudoephedrine allergy medications I need to take to breathe well.

I'm female 44kg. Have been taking MB for 3 days, 5 drops a day in the morning and now on day 3 noticing a huge improvement in mood. Before i was struggling with intense anxiety waking in a terrible panic every day. Delighted to say I'm feeling massively better!

Been doing 40 drops of 1% MB in 16 oz filtered water with two molecular hydrogen (H2) tablets which each produce 8ppm dissolved H2 for a couple of years now. Am 71, wt 140, ht 5'7". When I was 65, I felt like 95. Now, at 71, I feel like 55. Off all meds, etc. No more pain!

I started MB about 6 months ago after seeing YouTube videos. I am 79 and weigh 110 lbs. I take no meds and am extremely healthy in general. I had just completed a physically demanding job and was taking a rest. I decided to try out the MB at this time starting with 2 drops in a drink. after about 15 minutes I felt an amazing surge of energy and felt compelled to get up and finish my job in progress which took several hours of physical labor. I have been taking 4 drops once a day since with occasional breaks. I just learned vit c works with and enhances and counteracts the color so have added that to my morning drink. I have told others about the amazing benefits of MB. my daughter has the most amazing skin at age 54, she uses MB topically.

Started dosing 5 weeks ago. Started with low dose increasing to 20 drops per day in water with powdered Mg. I started taking MB because of intermentant virtego that was not resolving through other theraputic tx. I'm an equestrian and have had head injuries (due to falls) over the years (I ride with a helment). In addition, for 6 months prior to dosing with MB, I'd eliminated sugars and histimine foods from my diet. While eliminating these foods and practicing intermentant fasting, episodic vertigo was still occuring. Reducing neuro-inflammation continues to be the goal. MB has reduced the episodic vertigo and feeling of 'fullness' in my ears and eyes. My hearing and eyesight have both improved. Memory and short-recall has improved. Balance has improved. I feel that mast-cell activation and autoimmunity is involved in some sort of LC (long covid) capacity. Quieting down the immune system is vital and I feel MB is effective as it seems to help remove viral debris and fungal overgrowth. I'm 66 years old.

I was hit by a car and had a TBI where I didn’t know who I was, time/days meant nothing, and I got lost in my driveway for the first three months post trauma. I used infrared light/red light every other day for over two years, walked 8 miles a day with a broken arm, ribs, bones in foot, and a messed up thoracic spine, St. John’s wort for 1.5 years and then stopped that to start MB. The improvements were amazing with this combo. The two year anniversary was April 13, 2024, and I have resumed my private psychotherapy practice at about 70% of the number of patients I was seeing prior to TBI, my ability to work with time is spotty but I know who I am. I cannot tell you how scary it was to not know yourself. Fatigue is extremely common with TBI and that is where I really noticed MB’s biggest improvement for me. During the early Covid lock-down days I became depressed and, after a couple of years of suffering, decided to pursue alternative interventions, rather than the standard psychiatric ones (SSRI, SNRI, + CBT), and went on multiple plant medicine retreats. I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority and a psychiatric social worker. About a year ago I started observing MB videos popping up on YouTube so decided to try it. And, IT HAS HELPED! When taking it I tend to have more cognitive and physical energy, a more steady mind, and mild improvement in mood. I weigh 70 kg and take 35 mg MB most days and also take week long breaks from time-to-time. These improvements were significant enough for me to continue with MB and in spite of, what for me its biggest downside, staining the toilet seat when I'm not careful.

Interesting substance. In the ER, we don't use it for cyanide or CO, but I have given it for methemoglobinemia induced by topical benzocaine spray, and it worked very well. Your channel is excellent. Keep up the good work.

I definately think with mb, less is more. I take 20 drops (approx 10mg) in 8oz of water with added vit c to improve flavour, and drink it through the day. I had a uti that would not go (weeks). I took mb (anti bi's are only a last resort for me), and it cleared up in days; I have been taking it ever since (about 18 months), for all the above reasons stated in the video 👍

Have been talking MB for a few weeks now. I have noticed an increase in energy and cognitive clarity for sure. I also suffered from eczema and am pleased to say that I have 99.9% clear skin. Very pleased! I’ve been taking mine I. A capsule form so there is no taste or staining issues. I bought clear capsules and put 10 drops in the capsule that is 5mg. I am taking two capsules in the morning and one at night for a total of 15mg daily. I might add, my adult son has been able to get off his ADD medication completely taking the same dosage.

I started on MB a year ago. I had depression and felt I was aging too fast. Iam 64 and now I see and feel noticably a good difference.
My hair has more brown iin it. My skin has thickened so less wrinkles. I have more energy. I take 2-4 drops in tea with a 1/4 teaspoon of vitimin C. Knocks the color blue down. I find with higher doses I get head aches. My husband just started on it. I dose him about 4 drops. He has it in his coffee without vitimin C. We'll see how it go's for him. I take it most days but but don't fret if I miss a day or two. ❤

I’m 77 and have used this about a year. I ride an electric unicycle and people often say my energy is like a much younger person. Low dose is a positive contributor. 🎉

I've been taking it an a capsule form I got off Amazon, and I've noticed more energy and a more productive disposition later in the day, so I don't burnout working in the afternoon or evening.

Taking for a month now orally with a (day off) break in between each week.. Having a few days off.. Certainly noticed after only a month my grey hair (on my head) hardly coming through !!! Fab

I am going to use it together with DMSO. Will start with 1x 1:1 Drop BM:DMSO per day.
Will go on with 2x 1:1, 1x 2:2, 2x 2:2, 1x 3:3 - up to 2x 5:5 MB:DMSO.
65yo there is something to improve healthwise. Already take D, K2, Magnesium, MSM, Bor, Jod, alpha-liponacid.
Am going to enhance with selen, zink, Natokinase, multivitaminsB, just in case.

I've been using methylene blue since May 2023, and I can't be sure, because I've made a lot of changes in diet and exercise and supplements, but I do feel that my general energy levels are higher and my thinking seems to be a little more sharply focused due to methylene blue. I put 2 drops of methylene blue in my coffee every morning, and I have a half panel of LED red and near infrared lights that I use frequently, both to alleviate muscle soreness after my workouts at the gym, and to help me sleep at night (I find that getting some red light first thing in the morning helps me to sleep better at night). When I first started using methylene blue, there was no change to the color of my urine, but now that I've been using it a while, I do get the blue to green tinge in my urine. Maybe at the beginning it was all being used up to repair all the damaged mitochondria, etc, as I was very metabolically unhealthy? (I still am, but I'm in much better shape now, and continuing to make progress).
