I wake up 30 mins earlier every few days until I get to my desired time. I naturally woke up at 9:30 a.m. So I set an alarm for 9:00 for a few days. Then move the alarm to 8:30 etc. Now I wake up at 7:00 without being tired and am naturally sleepy by 10:00 p.m.

It took me a YEAR and soooo many little tweaks to adjust my schedule and start waking up at 6am. Especially because I'm a HARDCORE night owl. 😂 It's been life-changing though. I need to create a video on all the little things that helped me!

This all seems great but my detail-oriented brain can't stop wondering why I see her name written both as "Tonya" and "Tanya." What is the story, and what is her name??

What about days where I work at a 12 hr shift 7-7, have to leave the house by 6, so need to be up in a perfect world by 515, I would still really like to have more morning time- those mornings as well- is it feasible? Or something I should save for days I’m not working at 12? @tonyadalton
