You've probably heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and therefore should be especially nutritious.

Dinner, on the other hand, isn't given much attention.

But you shouldn't neglect your meal before going to bed, because eating certain foods at night can lead to health problems such as heartburn, bloating, insomnia, weight gain, and so on.

You should avoid eating foods at night that contain too many carbohydrates and fatty acids or that are greasy and spicy.

In this video, we will explore a list of foods you should avoid during dinner.

Suggesting such a strict diet is likely to turn a lot of people off. My thoughts were "OMG - how depressing!" after watching this video. Maybe suggesting eating these things in moderation rather than saying "NEVER" is a little more likely to keep people on board. I would say even going as far as to offer ways to minimize the cravings for these foods might be more appealing...

Vegetable soup and I’m hungry an hr later. With pizza, I’d rather eat cauliflower pizza. Sometimes I crave sweets after I eat dinner. I’m trying to change that into snacking on fruits after dinner

Great video, but preaching to the choir lol. I've been a farmer my whole life and eat what I get from my farm. No animals but free range chickens for eggs and meat. I do buy lemons and grapefruits for lemon water and breakfast. I also fish a lot so that to is on the menu. You should put out another video of the benefits of eating pumpkin daily. Thank you.

Although I work night. I still eat dinner at home before I go to work. And this video was helpful because i try to eat nothing to heavy. Now I will bring something to snack on while like fruit or chips.

Since, as more or less a habit and not a rule, I only eat once a day, and it's late evening - early night when cooking is pretty much the last thing I want to do, (I know, "bad human, bad human!"), most of the foods I consume (excluding the red meats - cooking required) is on the 'no, no' list. Should I now just stop eating all together? I know, "NO, JUST CHANGE YOUR DIET AND GIVE UP SLEEPING ALL TOGETHER!" That's a MUCH BETTER alternative! As the loud grumbling of my "innards" would keep me awake.

Seriously, I just gave up cooking for one YEARS AGO. Just can't break a recipe down small enough and I either end up rotating the same two meals for a week or throwing part of it out. No, freezing leftovers into TV dinners doesn't work for me either. Healthy Choice has some decent single serving meals, but it doesn't take long to go through all of the ones you like several times before you're sick of them. I'm NOT going to stand on a street corner with a sign that says "Needs supper companion, no attachment required!!"
Besides, my cat and I sleep just fine. I do need to get a larger bed. He's about to crowd me right off of the twin bed. I literally woke up one morning not so long ago with my pillow and head on my bedside table! He was sleeping contentedly sideways across the head of what I had thought was MY bed. Why do they always sleep in the opposite direction of the mattress?? 🤔 I guess it's true. Dog's have owners, cats have slaves. (I get migraines and cats don't bark. And there's NO WAY I'm going out in the cold, snow or rain so they can do their business! Cats only get the "zoomies" once in awhile and he IS waiting for me at the door when I get home! Just not trying to knock me down! (He doesn't watch me eat, either. Dog's do.)

I’m not stopping red meat. About as dumb of advice as people telling you not to eat fat.
