5 minute HEALTHY BREAKFAST Bowl 😍 #shorts
5 minute healthy breakfast or snack bowl. I can eat this for breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner all day every day. I am definitely a yogurt girl. Growing up in the Balkans, yogurt is a staple and something we enjoy often. I am a huge lover of plain yogurt and like to naturally sweeten it with honey, nut/seed butters and berries. If you know me, you know this on rotation in my household and I hope it will be for you as well.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of any plain yogurt you like — I love Balkan Style but any works
tablespoon of nut/seed butter I used almond
drizzle of honey or agave
berries of choice
nuts or seeds such as hemp hearts sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia, or leave them out
