My fav is avocado toast with fried egg on top.I would usually eat avocado toast with either blue berry and strawberry smoothie or just lemon water.

These are honestly all really delicious healthy breakfasts. I’ve had pretty much all of these in life. My favorite though is not healthy at all - it’s the All American breakfast. I also love French toast with strawberries and lemon ricotta (just get ricotta, squeeze a lemon into it and zest it. Boom! Lemon ricotta). It’s absolutely delicious. I also want to use my griddle to make food for my whole family.

For a healthy All-American breakfast, just get turkey bacon, turkey sausage, high-protein pancake batter, hash browns, and eggs (maybe just egg whites, but I can’t stand those alone).

My Dad is a type 1 diabetic so we study all types of food. Fruits contain natural sugars, so my Dad avoids them. Berries are a lot better for you, but banana is just pure sugar (it’s better than eating chocolate+sweets etc). Bread is a carbohydrate which then turns into sugar. Although the food pyramid says that carbohydrates are good for you, they are absolutely not. Meat, eggs, cheese and vegetables etc are all super healthy, but bread is part of the carbohydrate group. This comment is no hate, I just wanted to point it out. Apart from that, they all look delicious!!❤❤

I made a bread toast and I mashed up avocados and I cooked some eggs and put a little bit of seasoning and I drink some mango juice

Always soak your chia seeds before hand though for at least 30 mins but preferably for a few hours because the chia seeds expand and can expand in your throat and stomach causing blockage thus choking and stomach issues.
