It was really cool when you said we could track macros "if we care." I had a hard time returning to the gym after recovering from my eating disorder, mostly because I'm so timid about calorie counting now. That instantly put me at ease.

For the oats, I add about 1/4 of milk, mix it, then add my protein powder(also Gorilla Mind). It helps the powder disolve better in the oats for a better mouth feel. The milk also adds creaminess.

I use unflavored protein for my proats, and then a tablespoon of nutella as well as some bluebs. So yum yum

Your content is so easy and entertaining. My mom usually makes a lot of lunches with tuna and salad, I think it's quite light and nutritious! I love the idea of overnight oats though.
