She’s SO receptive. This was so much more pleasant to watch than the difficult 20 year olds who can’t be told anything

Please do more interviews with people 30 and up. I enjoyed this video so much more than some others. She was knowledgeable about her financial situation, and takes responsibility for her choices.

This woman was so pleasant. Hands down the most attentive and receptive person ever on the show. Not defensive. Doing all the right things.

Financial abuse from a spouse or former spouse is not something that gets discussed as much as other forms of abuse but it is a very pernicous way to abuse a partner

We need more cognitively stable people like her. Idk if it’s a age thing or if the producers just suck at screening sane people, but we NEED more guests like this one

It's amazing how much less resistance Caleb gets when auditing a person with actual responsibilities, direction, and retirement goals. Even if they are not sure about what they're doing, they are fine with making changes.

I think she's actually killing it with all the stuff she went through. A sizable emergency fund, close to $200, 000 invested, a morgage getting paid off. I know a lot of 45 years old a lot worse off.

So, an ex-husband who totally screwed her over. She had $50k in cash stolen from her house (and seems, in the vague way she explained it, that it was done by someone she trusted). And now a Partner who doesn't work and runs up her credit card bill? This woman is so sweet and trusting but her need to be loved continues to sabotage her. :(

This lady was great. Super attentive and mentally present the whole time. She took everything Caleb said seriously and did her best to be truthful without defending her ego, unlike 99% of other people on this show. I hope the best for her!

I was screwed out of 5k in a bad renting situation because of someone else. This was a decade ago and I still get worked up about it occasionally. The grace she appears to have and the serenity she appears to display is mind boggling. She is such a warrior.

In some ways this is a lot more interesting than the 20-somethings usually on this channel, since she has so much more going on (so many sources of income, many kids, having to really think hard about retirement)

I had to laugh when she said “I put $30 in for them…and now they have $33. It’s very exciting.” I love her personality. Really enjoyed and learned a lot from this financial audit.

This partner, about which we know very little except they do not contribute income to the household and when given access to this lady's credit card, immediately ran up thousands of dollars of cc debt, is very alarming for a person who has a history of being very badly taken advantage of. Kick that 'partner' to the curb.

What she proves, is how important a good support system is. Her family has been amazing allowing her to gain property ownership despite not being able to do it on her own.

I was going to get interviewed for this channel and I chickened out because I knew the answers to my worries. I left the leech ex and started working 72-80 hours a week and left my dog at my family's until I can catch up... I feel miserable but at least I took action before it got worse.

Brooke is such a breath of fresh air on this channel. I love her bubbly attitude and actual willingness to take your advice. So painful to hear that she had had something in the order of $300, 000 stolen from here ON TOP of losing those properties..

My jaw dropped with how much money has been taken from her. She is a warrior for coming out on the other side of that with such determination and drive. She’s my favorite so far.

Please find more folks in their 30-50s and especially 60s. Gives a lot more relevance to millennials who are just learning about long term finances in their 30s like myself. But also older folks who are on the horizon of retirement yet in a pickle can give Caleb a real puzzle to solve.

As a "summer chicken" who has been through a divorce too, I LOVED this audit and this woman. She is amazing!

She allowed her partner ( who doesn't work) put $3, 670 on her credit card. She still has not learned from her past.
