This is Global Lake View tower! I stayed here in 2017 and paid a bit higer than this for 1 bed back then, but it was lake view facing with a big balcony. You have definitely grabbed yourself a deal!

JLT - I understand why someone would choose there. There are a lot of clusters there (groups of 3 towers) like the letters of the alphabet, and many shops and restaurants.
This apartment looks a little dated. These days newer apartments look more modern, instead of the browns and dark wood look of the kitchens and bathrooms. It's always better to be realistic about what you can afford though.
