Consumer reports also takes into consideration the consumer or their subscribers. I have their membership and they ask me about my cars. If you answer the survey they will put those answers into their analysis. To a degree it is true, but we also don't know if the owners kept up on maintenance.

actually the 2012 santa fe (literally same thing) has to be one of the best investments ever
