I have searched online and on YouTube and I have heard oatmeal is great for you, oatmeal was horrible for you, eggs are great for you, eggs are horrible pew and on and on and on. I’ve gotten such extremes from all types of food I don’t know who to believe.

I start every morning with an oatmeal protein shake with tons of healthy stuff added. Whole grains are my focus. The rest of my day is strictly vegetarian, as it has been since I was 11 years old. After almost three years of this, and lots of exercise, I feel amazing. I'm looking forward to being healthy in my 70s.

Start your morning out with a cup of coffee, you can add a little Coconut Oil or MCT oil . Next make your some biscuits using lard .As an option you can add any other oil to make biscuits and make some "Red Eyed Gravy " to put on your biscuits . It has been shown that the general population with heart problem's Started getting worse with the decline in the use of lard or Coconut Oil (saturated fats ) in there diet over the years
