This yoga for heart health practice is perfect to look after your heart physically and emotionally. If you're feeling sad or lonely, a little love can go a long way.

In this 10-minute heart health yoga flow, we'll find a series of yoga postures to open your heart, helping with grief and sadness. Our heart is the emotional center of the body, where resides not only love, but also stress and anxiety. This short yoga practice is perfect if you're dealing with a broken heart or just want to calm the nervous system and bring attention to the health of your heart.

I did that while swallowing my tears I didn’t even complete it I just did two minutes and I started to cry.I keep telling myself you’re day was amazing don’t cry for the three stupid thing that happen and you can’t control. Even though it’s really stupid but It did touch the deep sadness in my heart and all I want to do is to try to sleep. I hate to leave these sad comments it’s just like I can’t help it I try my best to stay strong and fight alone but sometimes I just realize that I’m just a human that need to be supported and love. I also want to thank you for the yoga lessons.

Lovely practice for winding down after a busy day, thank you! Do you think you might design practices for anxiety and insomnia at some point? Your calming style really work well for these issues which so many of us struggle with.
