Content of basic workout structure:

10 min for warm up (especially with jump rope :D)
20-40 min base workout (you struggle to achieve what being for at this part of your wourkout)
10 min finisher (push yourself to max your abilities.)

Just found ur channel and went to sprouts yesterday and picked up only meats and fruits and am trying to keep up w ur workouts this channel is gonna be huge in a couple years.

Is it possible at some point u will do an updated nutritional video showing exactly what u eat in a day etc?
