I will explain what I do everyday:
-Emi Wong's Arms and shoulders workout everyday for 10 minutes
-Vickys Egg Diet
-If I have a time I walk 8000-15000 steps a day.
-I do 1 minute Plank and 1 minute wall sit.
-I drink 2-4L of water everyday. ( water helps me to eat less )
-I drink Green tea with lemon ( no sugar ) ( it helps to burn fat and eat less )
-I drink pure grapefruit juice every morning. (burns fat)

I just wanna say, this does help to slim my thighs.
I've been working out for a month, 3-4 times a week.
-4cm so far and I will continue doing it.

For those who are wondering, this does work. In six days I lost 3 cm and I've been doing this for two weeks. I was doing her other one as well a bailey brown thigh workout. They really do work so keep it up. Consistency is key and trust me, the results are worth it

day 2 : my thighs were hurting so i didn't do it
day 3 : 63 cm did it twice and willing to do the third time
day 4 : i didn't do it i have some muscles pain from waist workout
day 5 : i did it and it doesnt hurt any more

weight 5 days after : 68.1
thigh : 63 cm 62 cm
upper waist : 82 cm 77 cm
lower waist : 105 cm ====> 99 cm
arms : 32 cm 31 cm

day 2: ✅ didnt managed to do fully bcuz my body was aching but wont give up!!
day 3:✅ starting to get used to the burns!!

It may not be much but it also helped
If you add some full body fat burning for atleast 3x a week so here it is guysss

Ive also been doing a full body and cardio workout alternately
After i finished this 2 week thigh challenge😊

Everyone in the comments is really positive, so I'm going to try this for 1 week, starting today. like so I'll dont forget to update! ( btw, I'm not doing any diet)
Before;
left- 54, 5 cm right- 54 cm
week 1:
- Done ( I really felt the burning )
- Done!
- Done!
- Done!
- Done
- Done!
- Done! ( the burn was much less then a week ago )
Results: left- 54 right;- 53, 5 (both -0, 5) I can litterly see a bit of a tigh gap guys! I Highly recommend this workout, my legs feel much more tight. So if your'e thinking of doing this, Just do it! it really works!

i've just finished the whole week! I started with 65 cm (left thigh) and 64 cm (right thigh). Now we're at 62 and 62, 5 cm!! Keep on going and you'll see results!!

i’ve been doing this workout everyday for abt 2-3 months
it’s something i enjoy doing in the morning, I can tell my legs have gotten toner but just fyi for everyone else if you are looking for smaller thighs i would add walking to this workout that’s what really worked for me. even just a 20 mins walk if you can works well :)
