I can offer some help with this.

Self help requires fasting for addiction. Period. A 3 day dry fast will destroy it. You must be committed.

With all spiritual warfare you must first repent. Make peace with God and admit you sinned and need His help.

When coming against any of them that are disrupting your life or someone else be very specific. Each spirit has its own fruit.

Example: a spirit of cussing

Come against that spirit in the name of Jesus Christ. You bind it. Silence it. By the authority granted to you from your God you cast it out and send it away to "x" (I often cast them to the volcano la palma) for 100 years. Be specific as possible.

There is a difference between what the flesh feels and the encouraging destruction of a demon though. Even after sending it a way it may take a little time for their influence to wear off.
Example : your parents arguing or something. You may cast that spirit out but it still stirred the pot. Spirits will hear and know you're coming against them from afar. You don't have to be right there, lay on hands, etc. Its your spirit by the power of Yeshua's authority coming against it.
You can literally engage in spiritual warfare from across the globe. Jesus taught us an example of this with the healing of the Romans servant.

That actually makes a lot more sense because I kept thinking that it was like a demon but part of me kind of felt like I was crazy but the way that you said it actually made sense so I’m not crazy. This is really that’s happening to me and I just need to get away from this.

Well I'm really confused with the vaping because this is an addiction so I don't know if I'm the problem and I just need to discipline myself and get rid of it or if it has me because I feel like this has been the worst time I've ever tried to come off of it then I did before

You don't have to necessarily figure it out to get victory over it.

Flesh Will give you demonic urges, once you give into those urges, you come into agreement with that spirit and give them legal access to you, now you have full on demonic strongholds that needs to be torn down through prayer and resistance.... Hence now go and sin no more lest a worse thing come upon you... Once you give into the sin/urge you just upgraded to a demonic stronghold as that demon won't waste the legal authority you gave it!
