Hi Dr Rosen, in one of your previous videos you mentioned that fish oils are bad for your health and recommended a vegetarian source of omega 6 to omega 3. But here you recommended cod liver oil as a source of vitamin A.
What should one take? The plant omegas or cod liver oil? Or both?

It seems like you have a good understanding of the mitochondria, and even some of the physics associated with the function of mitochondria. However, when giving recommendations to optimize mitochondrial function, you might consider the factors of a persons environments, and how the physics of their environment affects the mitochondrial function. You can get all the inputs of copper, vitamin A, and magnesium correct and then completely deregulate yourself with improper inputs of light and EMF. These are the inputs that actually drive all the biology and are foundationalfor “running the machine”. A good source of information on this topic is Dr. Jack KRUSE.

I would recommend squid as a great source of copper. It’s a pretty clean and bioavailable source. I notice an immediate difference in mood

Interesting video - the supplements of any sort are way down the sequence of needs for the mitochondria, so without further pause - first - 1) Full spectrum sunlight including various light frequencies from blue in the early am to more red in the PM. If you are a sunless office worker, don't expect your mitochondria to be optimized. 2) Water. You need hydration and especially water with a good mineral spectrum. If you have the requisite 'photobiomodulation' and adequate hydration, then bringing in various supplements and foods starts to work well. Don't go right to the foods and supplements if you are sequestered away from full spectrum light everyday.

i have more energy today than i did when i was a teenager decades ago. my diet would have to be close to perfect when it comes to health and anti aging. meditation, exercise and good sleep is vital. (i keep away from all red meat)

In India, a copper jug is left overnight with water. First thing in the morning, first up carries it to all the house members to pour into a glass and start the day. When I asked why, I was told "for good health".

I've heard butst exercises help, go 100% for as long as you can, rest, repeat a few times .I like to do it 3 times a week.
