I wish you included gaining muscle as a metabolism booster. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn all day long and 1 lb of muscle burns 2-3x more than 1 lb of fat. So many women are afraid of gaining muscle and will never pick up more than 3 lb dumbbells but heavy weight training is one of the best things you can do for your body.

Can you guys do this style video or a blog post but beauty related? How do you keep your hair healthy when you're sweating and washing all the time? And styling so much for shoots? Do you leave it natural often? And skin! When sweating so much, how do you keep your chest, back, and face clear? I have started increasing my cardio but all the sweat is making my back break out! I am working so hard and dont ever want to be ashamed of it! Love you guys, thanks for everything you do!

i am so glad you mentioned how much water i should have and to not be afraid of fruit.  i love eating fruit but i always hear dont get fruit it has way too much sugar and it can make you fat.  thanks!!

Great video! My biggest struggle is staying positive and self motivating. If the ppl i am with are not eating healthy or working out I fail! How do you keep motivated and turn down bad influences ?

After working out in the morning, i then shower. But realistically i cannot wash my hair every day, but after my workout, if i just wash my body and not my hair, my hair is still damp from sweat. How on earth does everyone else deal with this ?

I can eat whatever I want and not gain weight, but that does not mean I will fill my body with junk just because I can. I eat 100% clean, exercise, and drink my 2 green juices everyday! I much enjoy being healthy and strong than just skinny!

@victoria Roberts...I use dry shampoo, spray it on the roots n spread it with your fingers. It would smell clean n not have a sticky look. Hope ths works :)
