Your method is quite nice for video having 30 fps. I shot in 60 Fps, if I follow this the fps will also gets changed. So what I am doing is changing the mov to mp4(by manually uploading and converting, if you just change the extension from mov to mp4 then there are jerks in the footage while changing the speed) and it is working fine for me.

Hi thanks for the vid bro, I still have a problem to convert my videos from my iphone. I have Iphone 11 and filmed in 4k 60fps but I can't seem to transfer it to a file that saves the good quality and with succsesful import.(when quality is good I have no sound and imports fail). Do you know on what setting I need to put it on? or some way I can solve this? Thanks !
