My problem is that Premiere Pro doesn't even see the mp4 files in the folder where they are. Windows mediaplayer sees them and has no problem running them. I got the program a week now and it worked before. All it sees is a DNG.file wich is I believe a file made by my DJI drone. Do you have any clue what I did wrong?

well it was importing the same media yesterday, now it won't import and says everything is offline even though it is on the desktoop. Not to mention 3 of my projects were wiped completely and replaced. I have 4 of the same project, with different titles. WTF

Cannot get the file into the timeline no matter what I do. Have encoded it via HandShake. after doing this it still retains an extension of MP4. And will just not import into the timeline. Don't know what else to do now.

Hi. Since am getting same errors you shared in the video and, If I have to convert slog 2 files(Zv10) to import into Premire pro using hand break software for edit and color correction of wedding films, what preset do I use, Production max or Production standard or any other option you suggest.

So I have all this great gear and I have to buy another program, downgrade everything and spend endless hours renecoding everything. Wow, when do I actually get to make a project? This program is absolute garbage.
