Just wasted like hours tryna fix it.. Thankfully this video saved me from wasting more. Adobe should really fix this its just embarassing such an expensive software has a problem like this

Thanks! This is the one I had been hoping for. Anyway, I believe Premiere Pro should update their program to appropriately address this. I have no trouble mixing videos with varied framerates using other editing apps such as PowerDirector.
