Mike I Owe a lot too you & your motivational videos! I will be 53 in August as was in the worst shape of my life. Started weight training in high school and loved it but family, work, and all the stuff that goes with adulthood kept me away from taking care of myself. Between your CONSTANT videos & a healthy eating lifestyle change I am down 45 pounds. My lifestyle has changed both physically & mentally so THANK YOU so much Brother. Keep PUSHING 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

You’ll probably never see this but I just wanna say your videos changed my life. I was bullied a lot growing up by brothers and peers. Became very insecure and depressed over my looks. Was extremely skinny but couldn’t do a single pushup or curl more than 15lbs at 17.

Started watching your burnout exercises routines and following along with my parents’ tiny yoga dumbbells. I started to get higher weights and a pull up bar. Next thing I knew I was getting a gym membership and lifting daily with a friend.

By the time I ended high school my confidence was through the roof, I gained more than 40lbs and I was squatting nearly 300lbs, able to pump out weighted pull ups, and needless to say I had no issues with push ups. All of this in a little over a year’s time.

I seriously don’t think I’d be here today if it weren’t for my love for exercise. I made a lot of friends, got my first internship, and gained a lot of self respect largely due to your easily accessible approach to exercise. You’ve had an immensely positive impact on my life.

So I started resistance bands bout a year before covid and I came across your bands workouts. I found them challenging and just fun as you demonstrated so many variations. I enjoy your enthusiasm and how down to earth you are. Thank you so much for the great videos and instruction. God bless ya man, keep it going!😊

Definitely recommend Mike's 90-day program. I've had medical issues in the past legs have grown, which did struggle on budding muscle back more stronger, will be going for my 3rd 90days program after surgery. Definitely helps if you got IBS etc the things you wouldn't thought your body able to do with mikes werid names workouts 😂 i have tryed pts in the pass but no way better then this program you will see changes after one month💪
