Start your morning with this low-carb cheesy egg white and broccoli quiche! Adding mozzarella cheese to broccoli will make it more appetizing especially for kids. It's also a great meal for those who are on a keto diet.

8 egg whites
1 cup broccoli florets, blanched & cooled
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup yogurt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp dried thyme
Salt and ground white pepper, to taste
Cooking spray
For Garnish:
chopped parsley
