Here is the Egg White Powder

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup egg white powder
1 cup cottage cheese

Directions
Place your cup of cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth like yogurt.
In a stand mixer, place, your water and egg, white powder and whip until stiff peaks have formed.
Fold in your cottage cheese and gently mix
Place in a bread pan with parchment paper underneath or you can use a silicone mold bread pan

Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes

Let it cool completely and slice. Enjoy 😉

Wanted to share my attempt on this bread. First, it looked really funny but maybe I can work with it and somehow come up with a solution. Second, it was delicious. I will never go back to another recipe. Best I've ever tried to date.

I just made this and the texture is nice and soft, not like styrofoam breads i have made previously. Mine collapsed quite a bit though, so next time I'll leave it in the oven for a bit longer with the door cracked open and oven turned off. I also added a bit of grated Parmesan

Thank you for posting this. It is the simplest I’ve seen so far and an actual loaf of bread!!!
My husband loves bread, but has become so sensitive to regular breads now, driving up his blood sugar. It has been so hard trying to get him to give it up! 😰
I hope this will turn out for me to be able to comfort him! It is so difficult eating sandwiches without bread, when you’ve been used to eating them with bread all your life!!!

I just made this but it deflated more than I wanted. I don't think I had my egg whites stiff enough. Takes a long time with a hand mixer. Even though it doesn't taste like bread, I do like the taste. Next time I'll try an extra egg white and keep whipping them until I'm sure they are thick enough. This would be perfect for sandwiches for those who are diabetic or, as with myself, pre-diabetic.

Nice — but let me give you great advice for your wood cutting board. 1) sand it down (get sand paper online). 2) get Tung Oil — brush it on thoroughly on both sides. 3) let it air out for a day or two. 4) repeat 1-3 about three or four times. Better yet - go online to watch videos about using Tung Oil to finish cutting boards. Will protect your knife, your cutting board, make it look nicer, will make it easier to clean, more sanitary and more fun. Great video btw. Looks tasty.

Thanks for the recipe. I tried it and it was very delicious as soft sandwich… It’s also low on calories… i will try next time with some dried garlic and Italian herbs….

Not a fan of any cloud bread bc it looks and tastes like angel food cake, which I’m also not a fan of. Also, I hate having to beat egg whites separately for any recipe. Crystal, however, is adorable and I really like her presentation. Very helpful!

Can egg whites be used instead of egg powder and water? That egg white powder is 8 oz. I can't see using that entire canister of egg whites on one small loaf of bread.

To the best of my knowledge after searching for it, I can’t buy egg white protein here where I live, is there anything else I can use? Any other type of protein powder maybe? Would really appreciate any advice! Have a nice day to anyone reading this😊
