Song: Buddy Holly - Blue Days, Black Nights. This song was a tip of the hat to Buddy, who's 1954 Stratocaster went missing on the night of that fateful plane crash on February 3rd, 1959.

My very first guitar was a 1954 Stratocaster my dad gave me for Christmas of 1963 after my mother divorced him. Cost $75 which was a fortune for us at the time and the guitar had been rode hard and put away wet; but I loved that thing. This one sounds wonderful in the hands of this great player ...
BTW: Mine was serialed 0517 or 0571, can't remember. But it was stamped into the plastic spring cover.
