Dear all, guys, please focus on yourself, not on videos actually, everything depends on age and everything they show their video, but don’t tell actual thing everything grow with age and everything old with age

Don’t take too much load, just focus on your diet and regular diet Weight gain and weight losing is just like a diabetic patient thinking too much very harmful for both of us😅 so just chill and take good diet and just do exercise as you do everything in your daily routine. Just like program running and what do you like just be happy everything going okay 👍 and it is a humble request to you guys just start something doing not watching video regularly. We always do watching video that we always go to bed, or we always go to McDonald’s, Pizza 🍕 Hut 😂 so just stop now and focus on your goal. Don’t work too much weight, please.bye bye
