Do you feel like you're not where you want to be in your life? As if there's so much more you have yet to accomplish in your life but you don't know what to do or where to start? In this video I'm gonna tell you how you can change your life for the better in 30 days. How to get rid of bad habits, become motivated, start a workout routine, develop your character, work towards a career or a goal. All these things start with you taking small actions everyday in the right direction, and if you do so, your life will change in 30 days.

I am 15 years old I have my exams in less than a year and I really want to improve myself physically and get better at art and playing guitar. Your channel has been really great to help me improve myself. Im not very tall and that sometimes makes me insecure but I am getting past that and realising that height is not really a thing I can change about myself - instead focusing on other aspects of my life.

I'm 18, Indian. Currently preparing for a nationwide medical exam, so my main focus is studying. Along with it, I do excercise everyday for about an hour or so. I'm trying to learn new languages, and offering 30 minutes towards it. I easily get distracted by YouTube shorts, although I don't have any other social media. Thank you for the video, I'll be updating my life after a month.


Edit: Been 1 month, have been focusing on myself lately and my life is going pretty smooth. My reels and shorts addiction have been decreased atleast 3 folds. My marks have been becoming better with every exam and my physique is also getting better. I'm having good sleep now and I don't wake up tired anymore.

Today is November 17, Friday
Its 1:49 am where I live right now
I'm 15 and my focus is almost entirely on my studies
I wish to improve my physical health, social skills, procrastinate less and improve in my studies
Today was depressing.
A lot of bad things happened, and worst of all, I failed nnn.
Depressed, frustrated and filled with nothing but self hate, I stumbled upon this video and this was a life saver
I promise, to myself, to follow all these tips, starting today

Thanks man I been wanting to workout to get stronger +to be the first in my family to make it past 55 (38) I am going to step out of my comfort zone and actually go workout during peek hours at the gym( totally afraid of people fat shaming me)that’s what’s stopping me

22nd of august today and going to start tomorrow. Hope I can change my life the next 30 days and become a way better version of myself. I want to become a more healthy, friendly and social young lad in these 30 days. I am only 16 and I also not want to be too strict because I would probably leave then but I am gonna try and have a good balance in eating and training. I appreciate all your tips, Pierre. I’m starting may 21st 2024
I will:

Wake up at 6:00 or earlier
Drink lots water
Eat 3 smaller meals everyday high protein and stuff
Do hiit for 45 minutes and core workouts and arms
Work on my business everyday
No corn no video games NO WASTING TIME! Remind me to check in.

Im 12 about to be 13 i stopped working out as much and isnt playing football i wanna become a writer and have my hair grow back out because im self cautious about it and i wanna get stronger for football i want to make my own book(even if it takes long than 30 days im just practicing making it longer) and i wanna be more social and talk to girls alot more and stop being so playful and bad and I want to stop lying i lie alot for no reason and i cuss for no reason i wanna get closer to god in 30 days i want to atleast stop lying as much stop cussing as much start back working out and playing football and be a little more social and be more happy with myself and have better hygiene and brushing teeth and learn to dress and get smarter and control my emotions.

Edit: - (17th Dec 2023) - I couldn't keep up to this promise. But I stumbled upon this video again today as some of you liked it.
Today I am again planning to take a challenge. Here are the below things I will do.

1. I will sleep for 7Hrs and wake up at 8AM.
2. I will do intermittent fasting, i.e. 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating window.
3. I will do self-study at least 2Hrs every day.
4. I will stay away from social media.
5. I will walk 8K steps and do 10 mins of meditation daily.

I am 17. 5th of September so I'll be back on the 5th of October. It is 2am and I am watching YouTube as always. I do no form of exercise and according to my eyes and my food tracking app I am obese. I plan to start later today 10am I would start at 8 but because I'm up now I don't want to hinder my performance by lowering my sleeping hours.

I basically live for things I have to do, I won't bother waking up for a specific time unless I have school or work but I start work at 5pm so my sleep schedule is none existent. I am a media student and have a passion for film making and at the moment I am not really in love with editing as it is really time consuming but the feeling I get after finishing editing one of my assignments is like no other as it is me seeing my vision to the fullest of my potential and I want to let my vision grow farther than before and I think I will fall in love with editing along the way.

I have so many reasons I want to change I can't look good in clothes I want to wear, I don't feel confident, I am sick of the fat jokes I had come to expect and inflict upon myself, I also love listening to music and would like to be able to dance and I think a big step towards learning to dance is building confidence and just my general health, I know for right now my health doesn't hit as hard as these short term goals and doesn't really motivate me but I know me of the future will appreciate it and I aim to make that person someone who enjoys life.

This may seem like the biggest unasked for overshare ever but I plan too look back on this message to remember why I started trying to improve myself and it is in these comments so it will lead me back to this video.

Day 1! i hope i can do it starting today & ima really try & i will be back on February 1st to show you guys my progress, today I had been tempted & i let myself sin & i did nothing but scroll on social media & wasted this day & i woke up at 11 in the morning & i slept late the day before & i dont exercise, i dont do sports, Im skinny & play video games, i hope I can change all of it in these 30 days!
