Kitaro, this work is becoming an integral part of my personal transformation and recovery. I am genuinely grateful everyday for this resource. Recently I started combining the breath work with exercise and stretching. Would you create a routine for us in your signature style that has 5-10 rounds of breathing where the hold is the same constantly so that during the hold you focus on a specific stretch (or exercise) for a minute or maybe 1.5 min. Thanks for being a part of my healing in this life.

I really like the graphics you use. Very impressive!

I do a similar breathing technique for falling asleep where I inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 3, then exhale for 7 seconds.
Similar but serves the same purpose of relaxation and sleeping better.

Hi Kitaro, wonder how do you feel this differs from the usual 5:5 coherence breathing?
I've noticed on my Garmin my stress level (ie my HRV) doesn't change as much as with the 5:5 (with those I can get it to "rest" - about 15 to 20/100 stress level - super fast)

Seems like something I shouldn't do for my morning routine lol
