Beginner Stretching for Flexibility

I have low-impact options for beginners, workouts to strengthen your muscles, and improve mobility! Just press play and follow along with me.

Perform each stretch for 10 to 20 seconds per side or 10 breaths. Follow your natural range of motion and never force the stretch. I’m showing the maximum range but do what you can. This routine is best done at the end of the day when your muscles are warm. Enjoy!
