2. Walk - increases the oxidation

Glad to know a habit I used VERY early when I started going to the gym has more benefits than I realized! What I used to do after workouts is to go to the swimming pool for t minutes as a cooldown. Then, I’d got the hot tub because it felt good. Later on, I found I need to dip in the pool again because it was hard to sleep after jumping straight out of the hot tub, so I take a lap in the pool.

Now to realize this had been a form of hot-cold therapy all along AND a fasting enhancer is great to realize!

I’ve been doing the sauna, drinking black coffee, and drinking ACV water on a regular basis, and am excited to restructure them according to this research.

So my new morning routine:
Black coffee
20 mins sauna
30 min incline walk on treadmill at 2.5-3mph
Then liter of ACV water.

Looking forward to trying this out, day 1 went without a hitch! Felt great.

My daily routine M-F, Fast 20/4ish water and black coffee only, after work put on a suana/hot suit and go for an hour walk outdoors. Shoot for 14k steps daily. Also no alcohol this year. I've never felt so in control of my life on all levels. ❤🔥 Thanks for all the great content Thomas.

So for the ACV… do you take 15ml or 30ml minutes before a meal or if doing 16:8 do you drink it in between your two meals? I need some clarification here.

Holly Cow! Following your instructions, taking long 90 minutes walk to complete my 20 hours fast, after 2 months I GAINED 7 pounds to reach my goal to normal BMI 19(from 103 to almost 110). It's muscles gain!!!! All clothes fit perfectly the same, no change, except I noticed growth in legs, buttocks, toner arms and defined shoulders with smaller waist. Just got membership for sauna. Am a happy senior in her 70.

i did omad for extended periots of time and im of and on keto several times and i am a really bad habit keeper bc of emotional eating ... im was at 202 pounds again after a 8 week feast ... now im at 180 pounds again within 4 weeks ... i did several 72 hours fasts and 48 hours fasts and did omad in between with high protein low carb

So drink coffee with no sugar and vinegar water during fasting? but is it really a good idea drinking vinegar even diluted in water, when your stomach is empty ?

one of my colleague used to drink lemon water everyday before breakfast on empty stomach and after 6 months she had to see a doctor because of stomach problem. Took 12 months for her stomach to heal.

Is it actually coffee or "caffeine" that stimulates the lypolisis? Can you do caffeine from other sources and have the same results?
