Well sure! Because why would optimal scapular movement be important at all? let alone during a posterior exercise that specifically requires activation of the muscles of that exact region in order to make utilizing the rear delts even possible.

Its wrong
Rear delt works when u raise it at 45⁰ angle not 90⁰ this doesn't work rear delts
