My grip strength has gotten crazy doing Deadhangs for 1 minute. I do 1 minute rest between and try to do 5 sets on hard arm days. Now I can hang by 1 arm for 30 seconds.

Farmer's walk instead. The farmer's walk is also great training for bringing the groceries in.

Some one commented add a fat gripz too that. That is true. And if you had a fat fripz too this will swell up your forearms and get the orange fat gripz the newer ones they have which are bigger than the blue ones

Dead hang and farmers carry for cooldown, using dumbbells with fat grips(or wrap it with a towel) more and grip trainer on rest days

Imo the time consumed for that exercise could be used more for strengthening the core and lower back if the goal was to progress to heavier weights

I'm using for this overhand strict curl with straight barbell. You can do it with half of amplitude, but from the lowest position of arms.
I think, this is a bit better for spine, than one-hand exercises.

The Extensor Muscles of the forearm (wrist joint) are Stretched
And the Flexors are shortend and contracting .
My Question: how is this nice exercise training the extensors ?

Tried Romanian Deadlifts for the first time today...didnt even tingle my glutes but my arms are on fire XD

Before you even do this, just practice dead arm hangs with two hands and move to one hand, varying the width of what your hanging from, then once you've mastered your bodyweight, there's a point to this
