Important to take with black pepper which increases absorption by 2000% & eat with a fat like extra-virgin olive oil or nuts higher in oil. It’s absorbed even more if heated, opposed to sprinkling it on cold food.

I suffer from neuropathy & gout. I grow my own organic-turmeric in my home garden and I eat one rhizome chopped up and mixed with a tablespoon of blackseed-oil & cracked black-pepper.
