In this video, we're going to talk about a great remedy for irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, and other types of inflammatory conditions that affect your bowels.

The remedy is turmeric. Both animal and human studies show a daily serving of 2 grams of turmeric for irritable bowel syndrome can help reduce inflammation.

The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin. Curcumin is a special plant compound that acts as a potent anti-inflammatory. In fact, curcumin is one of nature's most powerful natural anti-inflammatories.

Curcumin inhibits two enzymes involved with the increase of inflammation (COX2 and 5-LOX). It also reduces pain similarly to aspirin and ibuprofen. Curcumin works similar to vitamin D.

The best part is that curcumin is natural and has virtually no side effects.

You can increase the absorption of curcumin by taking 1 tbsp of curcumin powder with 1-2 eggs and 1 tsp of coconut oil.

You could also try adding 1 tbsp of curcumin to 1 quart of boiling water for 10 minutes and then let it cool down. Drink the mixture within four hours.

Just to let you know Dr. Berg, my husband's sugar was up at 7.0 in March. He followed your Keto diet and Intermittent fasting and he has lost over 60 lbs in three months and his sugar is back in the normal ranges. You are a blessing to many people. Thank you.

I started using tumeric about 3 months ago. I have Crohn's Disease and haven't had to take Budesimide during that time. During this time, I started using quite a few of the ingredients you have suggested for weight loss. To date, I have lost 29 pounds, with 30 more to go. I am working on freeing myself from prescription pills with other suggestions you have made. I also cut sugar out of my life, with the occasional treat every 30 days or so. Other than being 72 years old, I love the way my body is responding. Thanks a ton and keep the videos

Forgot to mention that it has to be consumed alongside the black pepper. Otherwise the liver metabolism rate of cucumin is so fast the body won't be able to absorb it all. Back pepper increases its absorption by 2k%.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and every day I take a pill of 2, 500 mg turmeric and 10 mg black pepper. It is a life saver for me. I feel so much better. A long with weight training and intermittent fasting 18-6, cutting out sugar, home cooked meals, load of greens and protein every day and a keto diet, my pain, servere headaches and discomfort has diminished to such an extent, that I can hardly believe it. I want to point out that my last meal of the day is at 6pm, then I workout between 10-12 in the mornings and after 18-19 hours, I have my first meal. Never would I have believed it would be possible to lift heavy weights without eating right before, but after a week my body adjusted and I just feel energized and ready to go.

Actually, I take my Tumeric mixed with Ginger and black Pepper Powders, mixed into yoghurt with a little bit of lemon juice, rosemary and oregano powder, fresh Garlic and Olive Oil : it provides a lot of energy and it is quite awakening.

I once have sore throat and doctor gave very large amount of antibiotik, one day i decide to drink turmeric+ginger+saffron coloured rice just 10 ml and i am heal since then no more sore throat💗. I also gave this to my cat when he have a flu/cold just 3 ml for 3 day and resolve it.

Just turned 65 and started taking Turmeric. I am terribly dissatisfied with my current physician, for constantly pushing another pharmaceutical solution for my health issues. I am six feet tall and weigh 170, two high pressure medications, Prevacid for acid reflux and allopurinol for gout. When I ask about getting off the meds he is no help. I have other prescriptions he has written but after reading up on them I declined to take them because of side effects. The pharmaceutical industry is bribing the medical profession to push their poison.

Starting from Applying at our house entrances, to our legs and hands, using in every Curry or every dish (except Few sweets). Drinking turmeric water/ turmeric milk.

India produces 75-80% of turmeric ti the world!

My feet became very sensitive to water when i went to india. Many people in that area had same problem. It was painful and when i went to a cold area..almost collapsed with pain. After having drink of turmeric and milk for couple of weeks, the pain reduced . It took another 6 months before it became negligible ( but i gave up turmeric milk after 2 weeks..now drink it occasionally)

You just confirmed that I am on the right track. I changed my first meal of the day to between 12-3pm over a year ago based on your other videos. My first meal of the day consists of 3 eggs, table spoon each of turmeric, nutritional yeast, MTC oil, olive oil, cheese and garlic or onions, diced veggies depending on what we have and a side of cooked meat. I cook it in a couple of table spoons of bacon grease and go heavy on the course ground pepper and himalayan salt. I am a creature of habit and am ok eating this 7 days a week with a huge glass of ice cold water. I just turned 65 yrs old and I do HIIT sprints or bike work almost every day. I had an appointment with my Doctor last week and told him I wanted off of the statins. He was ok with that and we switched over to Rapatha and I feel better already. I love your videos and I would like to hear your opinion or a video on Rapatha?
