There have been studies where they've measured up to 14g being still safe for human consumption. We as humans have the tendency to over do things through the perspective of "more is better". Many of the best phytochemicals, work because you dont need a lot of it, Curcumin in Turmeric is a great example :)

I’m so glad I came across this because I just started drinking tumeric this Thursday and I only drink it early in the morning and I was drinking way too much. But now I’ll make sure to reduce it to 1/3 twice a day. Decided to try tumeric to see if it would help to reduce the inflammation in my joints and get me off the 2 a day metformin I’m on🌞💕🦋🇬🇧🇯🇲
