The speech at the end was so great! That's actually why I haven't started working out yet. Cause the only reason I want to is to look a certain way. I gotta work out my mental health before my physical health.

You are so motivational! Definitely addicted to watching your videos! I had an eating disorder in high school, so I love videos about fitness that don't focus on calories, but rather focuses on being healthy! That is most important of all! xx

This video was incredibly helpful but I would say the best part was at the end with your closing statement. It was so honest and inspiring. Both of my sisters suffer from body dysmorphia disorder and it breaks my heart. I am constantly trying to tell them the what what you said in your video and it's just so encouraging to see a young woman like yourself believe in progress not perfection. I'm going to show my sisters your videos because you are incredibly inspiring and God is using you in such a magnificent way. Thank you for all your positivity and love you express through your videos!

Such a good message! I used to have an eating disorder as well. I finally stopped restricting but replaced that with over exercising. I have been over exercising for about 4 years and currently I am injured and am forced to take time off. I usually rush into working out again before I'm ready but this time I'm going to truly let myself heal and gradually build back up to working out so I don't re-injure. I love working out but it's important to listen to your body and take time to rest!!

Thank you Cambria. Especially for that little part at the end. I really needed that, I've been struggling with loving my body lately because I want it to look a certain way, that is basically unobtainable. Every Time I miss a workout, or over eat, I think really hateful thoughts about myself like "I'm fat." Or I'm "lazy and worth nothing", all because I didn't workout that day. I've been struggling with this for a while and I've been noticing it's only getting worse and I just want to thank you so much! You are helping me with this more than you know, you are so inspirational. 😘❤️

I love that this video is about being healthy not being skinny. none of these hacks could be harmful to someone's body. being healthy and doing things that make you feel good in your body is most important, and it's awesome that you are helping to spread that message <3

ugh i love you so much, yesterday i was running and i realized that this is the first time in my life (literally as long as i can remember) when i'm not trying to lose weight, i realized that i was running for my health and because i wanted to, not because i wanted my body to look different and thats the most amazing feeling in the world thank you for your videos

The past few days I've really been feeling down about myself and just really low.Yesterday evening I realized that that is just not the way to become healthy or to live happily and this video just really started off my morning right and I feel like I'm ready to take on the day and beat any negativity.
