went from 252 to 185 in 9 months. sleep adequately, eat for fuel, do two of your fav types of cardio (ex basketball and biking), plenty of water, repeat. if you are not consistent, it simply will not work. went from obese to <20% bmi, and at this rate, im gonna be ready for summer in March 💪🏽

1. Keep eating in your caloric surpluss (you don’t want to lower the amount of nutrients for the sake of calories)
2. Increase cardio so you burn these excess calories (but try to not overdo it)
3. Be in very slight calloric defficit (just -200 calories), so for example, if you burn 2000 calories, you’ll eat 2300 calories, and you’ll burn extra 500 calories through cardio and/or something else.
If you’ll cut very slowly like this, you’re not gonna mess up with your hormones so much, so you’re not gonna gain some amount of fat and lose that much muscle from increased cortisol, so you’ll look much more ripped than you thought you were able to.
4. Eat same amount of protein as you did when bulking.
5. Sleep in cold environment (your body will use fat stores to make you warm, so you’re gonna need less cardio if you do it, or, you can still do same amount of cardio, so you can increase calorie intake)
