I did exactly that. Powerlifting training left me fat and now I’m cutting, changed up my whole routine and mentality. Training closer to failure on “easy” exercises like curls and side laterals made me realize how lazy I treated my accessories. Time to get shredded!

Those caculators are inacurrate as fuck, one of my friends wasted a month and a a half of his cut as the app made him eat like 100 calories more than he needed

Dont weight yourself daily... Do it weekly sooo you dont get mad after not seeing difference between two days

Don’t need an online calculator to measure TDEE. Just multiply your weight in pounds by 14 (low activity) to 16 (high activity). Done
