What are the benchmarks reps for the basics that i need to be able to do before moving forward, is
50 normal pushups
30 diamond pushups
10 pullups
10 chinups
50 squats
3-min plank
3-min hollow body hold
Good?

The spot I do push-up at doesn't have a round bar to hold I just grab it with my fingers and do the pushups is that good or do I need a round bar for better results?
