and also dont you think guys that one day companies will run out of talent because they will expect people with huge knowledge to do regular job, but to learn that huge knowledge will take you ages, i mean no matter how much tech evolves, for web dev you need to start with html css, and if before html css can be learned for 6 months lets say now u need to learn javascript react etc which will take yoh alot more time, which means there will be less produced talent

so to learn even web dev it takes alot more time than before due to the many new technologies we need to know. I dont get it, how companies cope with lack of labour then? Now there are alot more companies needing web developers, who to aquire the skill, need alot more time ?
