This is how you know Andy is a beast. 6:00-4:00 pace all look the same for him, and 3:30 is the same but faster.

At 3:30 or 4 min pace, you should show yourselves overtaking the 6 min pace to show better context.

Camera is moving with them, so you can't sense how fast they are going. 3:30 is creasy fast for a weekend warrior like me.
