Every challenge that was talked about here I experienced. My solution to the challenge was to put my alarm clock on the other side of the room so when it went off I have no choice but to get up. And once I was out of bed that was half the battle. Now I am so use to it many times I wake up just before the alarm goes off

My biggest take-away : As soon as the alarm rings at 4:30 am, just wake up and stand up .
Plan of action: 1) 30 minutes of inspirational reading, 2) 10 minutes of stretching exercise 3) 10 minutes of writing three priorities for the day 4) 10 minutes of gratitude journaling

I love this videooo!! Thank you. My biggest takeaway was DON'T HIT THE SNOOZE BUTTON and gratitude. My mornings are really harder when I hit the snooze button and now that I know the reason for it I am committed to making it stop and taking control of my mind!
My plan (which I started today :) is to 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 get up when the alarm goes off (keep my phone further away from me so I don't give in), gratitude and a shower, 25 push ups, meditation and set intentions :)
Thank you so much for making this video, it changed my narrative !!
