Wow, thank you. We are planning to sell 65 year old house not far from Waikiki (Saint Louis Heights, Honolulu) We can't afford the high cost of major repairs ( terminates and pipes) Can we just sell as it is and accept a lower listing price. Everyone I knew who sold just got it done FAST and their lots were just bulldozer down. Land area is Choice but house is in real bad shape. How would you list it ??
