Exactly what I needed - thanks! Over 40 and need to lift heavy 3/week and I'm finding I really miss pilates and yoga and I'm running into injury.

Hi Rachel.

I really love pilates and the inner strength im building up. Have lift weights for a long time before i found pilates and i have realized that pilates building up my small important muscles in my body. I wonder if i can add weights in my pilates workout? Im kind of tired to just lift weights and i think that if i can do both in the same workout i think i enjoy to lift weights again ❤

Hi, I love your video. I have a doubt is that my workouts at the gym are 1hr, so my fear is that if I add some days 20 min of pilates plus the hour that I already do would not burn me by doing so much exercise ?
