iPhone No Sound or Volume from Speaker - How to Fix

Your tip on resetting the phone worked. You saved me a trip to the iphone store. I never heard anyone mention anything about resetting the iphone. I have turned the phone on and off before but pressing the two buttons together is something new.

Step 4 worked cuz i have a 6s Plus and i was just restarting my phone with the home and power buttons and it wasn’t working but this weird method actually works THANK

You're the best. iPhone 6 and Water damage in epsom salt... A Q-Tip thinned out with one or two drops of 91% isopropyl alcohol did it.

Few tips if cleaning it with Q-tip doesn't work (maybe with some kitchen cleaner to get rid of some grease and grime).. and a toothpick etc to get it clean.. it's clean and it still doesn't work try this.. headphone in and out a bunch of times..

also check your speaker by going to your ringtones..that should still work..

Great! I followed all the steps with no luck until inserting the headphone connection into the headphone jack on my iPhone 6 several times. That did it for me!! Thank you!!
