Here's a total body kettlebell workout that takes just 15 minutes and that you can perform at home with a single kettlebell. The sequence itself is: 8 x snatch, 3 x press, 5 x squat, 2 x row. Switch sides and repeat. Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. This routine hit pretty much all the major muscle groups and movement patterns and really cranks the heart rate.
