Great 15 minutes full body kettlebell workout, you need only one Kettlebell for this simple but very effective kettlebell and bodyweight circuit. There is no repeat exercises, but feel free to complete this session extra times if you have spare time. This time we completing it as 40 sec ON and 20 sec OFF, for extra challenge and progression, you can complete this session 2 or 3 times.
Today we are challenging your legs, back, chest, arms and core.
