This video help us educate, on how to learn swimming and apply this four stroke techniques such Butterfly, Backstroke, Freestyle and Breastroke. I've been taught all of these strokes, but I'm must say that I am great with the freestyle because it's easy for me and fun. I find Backstroke, Butterfly and Breastroke to be more difficult than Freestyle.

I haven't been swimming in years, and I just signed up for a scuba class. On our first meeting, we had to swim six laps to show that we won't drown in scuba gear or whatever, and I thought the same thing about the backstroke: it should conserve energy over long distances and it should be easier to breathe. The problem is I don't know how to do that properly anymore, and I just ended up shoveling water into my mouth while I was breathing. I ended up settling for a doggie paddle.

My favourite is breast stroke because i can swim upto very long distances and upto long time like 1 hour continuously.. after that i like backstroke then freestyle and then butterfly.. butterfly exhausts me very soon ..

I love swimming and have recently got back into it after at 6/7 year gap. Although I've lost my confidence in swimming underwater and putting my head under as I hate the feeling of water up my nose. Any advice would be great 👍

I've been taught all of these strokes! I'm great with the butterfly 👍. I'm a 13 year's old using my dad's phone. I love the backstroke.

I love the backstroke, freestyle and breaststroke. Butterfly is ok but definitely not my favorite. Tip: Don’t hit the lane line! it hurts like CRAZY!

I find freestyle to be more difficult than breaststroke. Although it's much faster, I can't do it for a long distance, despite swimming as slow as possible. However with breaststroke, I can just keep swimming coast-to-coast and I don't tire.

I love using breaststroke but I’m trying to learn front crawl right now. I look a bit like a flailing octopus but it’ll be worth it 😂
