Unless you're morbidly obese or jacked, you can't lose a pound per day. An average persons base metobolic rate is 2000 calories a day. A pound of fat is about 3500 calories. If you're average, you have to eat nothing and work off 1500 calories a day to lose a pound per day, which will kill you without close supervision. Shoot for a pound a week, eating 1500 calories a day or 1750 with 250 calories burned working out is way more doable than 0 calories with 1500 burned working out.

The idea of losing a pound a day is unhealthy and near impossible if you're a healthy weight and still really hard if you're over weight. However, I've only been drinking water (as in its the only drink I've had, I've eaten normally) for the last 2 weeks, and today I decided to treat myself with a Pepsi, I had it and i felt disappointed when I realised I preferred water. It works, I feel so good that I've only had water
